Chia seed pudding
It so easy that even a caveman could do it.
But to make it delicious is a whole other story.
The original recipe for Chia seeds is Chia seeds + Plant Milk. But the secret is to use a natural sweetener and some flavoring. In this recipe we have use honey and vanilla. But maple syrup and cinnamon is another awesome award winning combination. As Chia seeds are flavourless experiment and add the flavors you love, mix in some fresh berries for a change. Chia seeds is full of vitamins and a good source of Omega 3.
Chia Seed Pudding – The Easiest Health DIY Snack or Breakfast Treat
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tbls Chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp Honey
- A pinch of vanilla
- Fresh fruit
Instructions
- Add the almond milk in a glass, mix in the chia seeds.
- Add some honey and a pinch of vanilla.
- Let it rest for at least 30 minutes to let the chia seeds expand and get that lovely jelly texture. If you have the time make it in the evening and let it rest in the refrigerator during the night and you will have a delicious nutritional breakfast.
